Ordering
You can place an order by using one of the following ways. Please add a contact number and e-mail address when ordering which will enable us to contact you should a problem arise or you need any additional information.
All orders must be pre paid. We do not send out orders without payment.
On-line
visit www.wyldeaboutbears.co.uk and use our online catalogue to add items to your shopping cart. On-line payment are made using Paypal, which provides a secure payment site.
Fairs and Events
We attend a number of fairs and events throughout the year. Visit our Out & About page for details, if you would like to place an order to collect at a venue please email mail@wyldeaboutbears.co.uk , we will have it packed and ready for you to collect. It will be a pleasure to see you.
To e-mail your order, please indicate on the e-mail when and how you intend to pay, i.e. by sending a cheque, paypal invoice or collecting at a Bear Fair or event. My e-mail address is mail@wyldeaboutbears.co.uk
Delivery
Orders will where possible be dispatched the next working day subject to availability. Special rates for next day deliveries. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery if you have not received your goods within that time please contact us. Shortages & damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Overseas Customers
Please E-mail me with your order. All payments to be made to WYLDE ABOUT BEARS, in STERLING using Mastercard, Visa,
a paypal invoice will be sent for payment this will include P&P
Post and Packaging will be added according to weight (import taxes maybe payable upon receipt).
